VT Performance aims to have many different sporting athletes on-board for coaching, performance development, programming and periodisation. VT Performance assist athletes in the development of hypertrophy, speed, power and strength while maintaining game readiness and a resilience to injury. The key performance indicators are:
Over the last few years I have achieved not only a degree in Sport and Recreation majoring in Sport and Exercise Science at Auckland University of Technology and an ASCA strength and conditioning qualification, but I have also helped various people achieve the goals we have set together. I have enjoyed the challenges this has presented and wish to further assisting with the physical development and conditioning.
I am currently Strength and Conditioning Coach; I have started strength and conditioning and an athletic development program at Mount Roskill Grammar, Roskill Swim as well as private athletic development and coaching. These private clients are coached online and are provided individualised 12 week programs split into 4 week blocks to achieve maximal development
